Three to post

Well it has been a couple of weeks since I posted, so I finally got some downloaded and ready.  Two of the three I like the other one not so much.  This one I like, I have had this layout for awhile but never had any pictures to use on it.  Finally got some pictures that I downloaded from Jessica's face book page.

This is the one I feel is not complete, it just needs something in the top right corner.  Maybe a title like Firestorm 2014?  I have not filed it away yet so maybe I will come up with something.

This one I colored the flowers in the bottom left. Very hard to shade on this paper so I just had to let it dry and consider it done, but I think it came out o.k.

One New Layout

My beautiful flowers and plant that my kids gave to me on Mother's Day.  The paper is from SEI, my picture frame I cut out with my spellbinder.  It took me all day to finish, but it came together pretty good.

One more before I go on a 4 day vacation.

This was taken at the roller rink that my daughter & I took my great grand kids on a Saturday afternoon.  It was fun to watch them but it was pretty dark in there so the pictures aren't the best.

POST BEFORE THE END OF MONTH

I have had this on my to do list for awhile, so I figured I would get them posted before the end of the month.

Weekend Results

I only got two layouts done this weekend. Along with practicing with my new markers and checking out my new printer, a little shopping and some housework, I guess two pages are not too bad.

 Rick Paulin finally meet his Grandkids when he came to California to meet up with his kids Nick & Steffanie.

This was also taken the same weekend of Nick & Steffanie.

Weekend Results

O.K. Everything is put away and in its place after coming home from the Expo.  Time to get into my stash and start another layout.  Got a couple done on this 3 day weekend.  This first one was of the wake behind the boat while on vacation in Mexico.  It was fun to do after getting the frame cut (which my daughter helped me with) the flowers are highlighted with glitter but it does not show up very good in the picture.

Another Birthday party for my best friends granddaughter Alex.  There are more pictures layered under both of the 4 x 6 pictures, that you can't see.

While at the expo we bought a set of the Spectrum Noir markers, so here are a few cards I have been practicing on.  Trying to get the shading perfected.

My Expo Layouts

My daughter, Marlene & I attended the San Diego Scrap Expo for 3 days and had a great time.  These are the pages I completed between classes, shopping, make & takes, scrapping and earning our medallion.
